Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For Chair Shoes, check your measurements before ordering and test fit one cover before installing the full pack.

Start a return

Email indeire5@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back. Our business mailing address is not a return warehouse.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or incorrect size selection, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos showing the issue. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return shipping when the problem is our responsibility.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. For an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability and the next steps.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can only change or cancel orders before fulfillment has begun. If it has already shipped, our return policy applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
