Where we ship

Garden Kitchen Home currently ships to United States addresses only. Available delivery options and any address restrictions are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard US shipping is $4.99 for orders below $50. Shipping is free for qualifying orders of $50 or more. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. All prices are in US dollars.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 5–11 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; carrier or customs delays can occur.

Fulfillment and tracking

We work with fulfillment partners, and products may ship directly from an overseas supplier. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Your delivery address

Please check your address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email us immediately; we can only make changes before fulfillment begins. If a parcel is delayed, missing, or returned to sender, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
